Shipping policy

Our shipping services

We use USPS for all US shipments. We use UPS for all International (outside of the USA) packages. Orders will typically ship between 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. We ship to all 50 US states, as well as US territories and military addresses (AE, AA, AP). We also ship all over the world! If you don’t see your country in the drop down just email us we are happy to help you find a way info@jumpnrope.com .

 

International orders

JumpNrope is not responsible for any customs or duties taxes that will or will not be required at the time your package is delivered. Any orders/packages that are denied, will NOT be refunded the shipping charges. We STRONGLY advise that you accept your delivery/customs charges so you can make a full responsible return if needed. JumpNrope is a fair and customer friendly company. Denied packages are extremely expensive to both parties.
